Responsible for the design and technical delivery working on application-development and application-maintenance of a Custom Bespoke applications primarily built on DotNet technology stack. The responsibilities include the following:- Own the technical design and development, meeting the specifications and guidelines provided- Ensuring delivery of high quality technical solution, meeting all functional and non-functional requirements- Work with various business and IT stakeholders in coming up with Best-in-Class solutions- Develop/Maintain high quality software following industry best-practices in coding/unit-testing/system-testing/integration-testing, delivering with minimal defects- Interfacing with other teams in resolving issues, dependencies- Leveraging solution/design best practices from within the organization as well as from the industry-Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Qualifications & Experience:Degree or similar level qualification, with 4+ years of experienceExcellent Design, Development skills, to be able to evaluate alternatives and suggest industry best-practices, to successfully develop/maintain high quality software following industry best-practices in coding/unit-testing/system-testing/integration-testing, delivering with minimal defectsStrong proficiency in C and C++, with fair knowledge of the language specificationProficient understanding of code versioning toolsExperience working in custom application development using C++Knowledge of Agile and XP practicesProven experience of working with business stakeholders, Product Owners and Business Analysts to analyze requirements, develop ideas and design solutionsUnderstanding of non-functional requirements, quality assurance and continued improvement methodsCommitment to deliver high quality well tested software and to mentor/lead a team to do the same.Strong communication skills are essential.Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsExperience on troubleshooting and debugging existing application for identifying issues and analyis Key Skills: C,C++/Visual C++PL SQL,
