We are looking for bright and energetic individuals to be a Support all aspects of Data Operations team initiatives Execute and monitor Adhoc data processing requests Identify, ticket, analyze, and triage data and application issues and support implementation of resolutions Manage application, system, and client metadata settings Monitor health of data interfaces using a variety of technologies including but not limited to SQL server, SSIS, BizTalk, and SAS Actively contribute to automation of internal processes where possible Create and modify internal process procedures to ensure system integrity Develop detailed client- specific operational SOPs and documentation Collaborate with team of analysts to maintain system wide stability and operational up- time Proactively monitor all client and employee facing technologies and supporting infrastructure Perform system health checks during critical business hours and maintain reports and communication for these checks. Create weekly analysis reports on alert history, trend and problem detection and SLA breach reports Perform root cause analysis for critical and high impact incidents/ events. Education and Experience Bachelor s degree , preferably in an IT related field 2 - 6 years of experience in application support and/ or developing data processing solutions 1- 2 years of experience in T- SQL programming including creating complex SQL statements Flexibility to work effectively in a constantly changing environment Detail oriented with strong analytical, root cause analysis skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team Strong documentation skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non- technical users Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present analysis results and findings in user- friendly format,
