Job Description

We are looking forward to a MDM Analyst Informatica - APAC Region in Eaton s Sales and Marketing Center, based in Pune, India. In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, and meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals.The MDM Analyst II role reports to the Deputy Manager - MDM, and supports end-to-end master data product maintenance processes within the Electrical Sector. He/she will be responsible for providing product data to Eaton s ES distributors, data warehouses and applications across the globe.He/she will be responsible with working with Informatica P360 modifying / building syndication templates to support data syndication the process of distributing product information directly to a channel partner system. This will include gathering requirements, technical analysis, and the technical implementation of those requirements.In addition with direct syndication, he/she will be an expert in all data syndicates, specializing in Electrical Data standards globally, such as IDEA Connector (CAS/PAS), Trade Service, ETIM, CDW, CNET, Gfk Etilize, Home Depot, Amazon, Retail, Etc.This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Strong technical concepts of informatica MDM architecture, ETL, data transfers & XML.
  • Creation & Modifications to all templates in Informatica P360 as per the standards.
  • Responsible for providing tactical assistance and working with Distributors on Eaton side on industry enriched product data exchange & template enhancements.
  • Working with the appropriate businesses to enrich product data that is being requested by key distributors you are Eaton s Electrical Sector point of contact for data questions from the channel.
  • Maintenance of 12 IDEA Connector and Trade Service automated data feeds. This includes day to day support as well as working with each business through their regular price increase processes.
  • Technical deployment of Informatica P360 Web Client application for broad access to Eaton product data for our employees and enterprise functions.
  • Coordinate efforts with the rest of the MDM team to quickly resolve data quality issues distributors and syndicates are encountering.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/ BE computer/IT, MCA, BCA
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Technical knowledge on Informatica, XML
  • Excellent presentation skills
