Job Description

RolesandResponsibilities:

  • Perform Data Exploration and Data Mining applying business rules
  • Take ownership of Customer data for correctly mapping clinical registry measures.
  • Ensure all the data complies with HIPPA regulations
  • Build knowledge of Mapping repository for different EMRs to ensure smooth transition of
  • work items where required
  • Effort estimation for the project and/ or body of work, work assignment across team
  • members and tracking the same to completion in a timely manner
  • Enforce adherence to coding standards
  • Ongoing addition/ update to technical documentation of respective functionality
  • Ensure timeliness of deliverable as well as attendance of the team
  • Accurate reporting of teams KPIs
  • Identify, manage and escalate issues across project life-cycle phases
  • Team management to maintain healthy working condition within the teams, ensure high
  • team morale and control attrition
  • Flexibility in working under changing and different work settings

Technical/Domain Skills :
  • Experience in Database (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures) for MS SQL server.
  • Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk etc.
Education (Required):
  • B.E./ B.Tech (Computer Science)
Competencies Required:Must have:
  • Ability to independently research data points and come up with solutions
  • Experience in Database (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures) for MS SQL server.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Python
  • Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk etc.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Following experience will be an added advantage (nice to have):
  • Understanding of various Data formats such as XML, HL7, CCDA
  • Exposure to multi-cultural teams
