Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPast Experience:

  • 4-7 years of work experience as a data scientist, including expertise with statistical data analysis such as linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models, and/or sampling methods.
  • In-depth knowledge on supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms including classification, clustering, and regression.
  • Experience building productions systems with statistical analysis, data modeling, regression modeling and forecasting, time series analysis, and deep learning neural networks.
  • Experience in Python or R data science packages (such as numPy, SciPy and SciKit-learn) and Deep Learning model development (using Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch) would add to the candidature
  • Expertise in AI/ML with large datasets and hands on experience of trainings models
  • Understanding of SQL/Relational databases
  • Good to have - Experience running platform experiments and techniques like A/B testing
Responsibilities:
  • Work with a team of high-performing data science professionals, product managers, engineers & designers to identify analytics opportunities to solve business problems
  • Develop/improve predictive models to optimize operational efficiency and solve business problems
  • Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
  • Build and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale.
  • Deep dive into an area, find insights and understand the root cause of an observed trend, and translate the insights into actionable recommendations influencing product roadmaps. Implement the solution and monitor the performance & impact.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis at a timely manner
  • Build Predictive/Prescriptive solutions basis years of global supply chain data
