Technical Specialist :- Proficient on any flavours of database (RAC,ASM,RMA N,BCV,DATAGUARD etc.), Works independently and has ability to handle most uniqu e situations. Own various technical projects in the Server Management / Softwar e Management space across multiple accounts. Participates and provides inputs t owards fixing databases issues and automation. Involved in performance analysis , capacity analysis and configuration management for databases. Be able to lear n new technologies and then train and lead resources on the technical procedure s required for deployment . Acts as a team lead/mentor for L1,l2 support profe ssionals, participates in training sessions as a faculty for freshers.Responsi ble of maintaining and achieving the agreed SLA. Work as SME. Supporttransitio ns of new areas, Opcos, region etc. Responsible for training and mentoring of t he team members Success delivery of technical projects - 100% success . Audits the environ ment and ensure fix - on monthly basis . Part of the design team , works with onsite teams for new solutions. Ensure timely implementation of the projects Pl anning and Execution of complex changes.BE
