Job Description

Executive Quaity : Should be we well versed with Auditing Methods anda good hold on ITSM and ITIL Proesses. Knowledge om remedy features and ability to do ticket quality audits and data analysis .QA Audits & TrainingsConduct quality audits toensure adherence and compliance to defined and applicable IQMS processesReview service specific process tailoring requirements (identified by Delivery teams for their business context)Conduct process Trainings for Delivery TeamsQA ReviewsAbility to review delivery processes from performance perspective and identify Risks, Gaps and improvement opportunitiesAbility to analyze data of services ( defect/ Incident/ Service request etc.) and determine trendsProcess flow analysis toidentify value added and non-value added activities and suggest improvementsWork as partners with Delivery team and help them achieve Quality objectivesProcess Definition and ImplementationEffective system and/or process design and ensureprocess institutionalization and standardization across servicesRun Quality initiatives (as required)Independently run Lean and Six Sigma Projects for improvement.Conduct audits and Quality reviews. Act as Qulaity Spoc for service LinesRun Improvement Projects for service Line, *7-10 years experience in IT sectorwith minimum 5 years in quality assurance for Development projects

  • Must have handled Internal and external Quality Management Certification or customer audits
EssentialCertified Internal auditorfor ISO 9001 Essential ITIL Implementation experience of CMMI SVC Six Sigma Green Belt ITSM 20k Desired TMMI Implementation experience of CMMI Dev Agile Scrum master
