To ensure all customers are reverted on the complaint logged date.Chat process and Chat bots to be improvisedManpower reduction and efficiency gains over a period of timeAction within 24 hours. Closure within 15 days from Registration DayTo ensure all customers are reverted on the query within 24 hours & closed in 5 days from registered Day.M.I.S on complaint cases. To be sent on periodic basis with real time status & brief analysis on complaintsEmails to be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and appropriate tagging in systemTo work on process improvements identified from complaintsWork on implementation of CRM project and grievance analytics, Desired ProfileExcellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
