Job Description

    1. Should able to plan logistics infrastructure for fast production lines includes eDrive trains, Battery assembly and Power electronics converting a space into logistics infrastructure, 2. Should able to understand business requirement and prepare a Capital budget to set up logistics facility to cater production at required volumes. 3. Must have strong knowledge on latest material handling methods with lean set up to establish logistics infrastructure. 4. Must have worked directly or indirectly as industrial engineer for minimum 3 years. 5. Hands on experience on Asset procurement from user end Ex. Preparing RFQ, identifying best in industry suppliers, PR, PO, design check and approval process, monitor and co-ordinate installation of logistical equipment. 6. Must have strong knowledge of machine controllers and automation to ensure digitization in logistics and Industry 4.0 7. Hands-on experience on implementation of ERP system includes WMS and SAP modules 8. Must have proficiency in Auto CAD, CATIA and layout designing. 9. Must have experience on developing sustainable packaging, and optimisation to save transportation cost and losses. 10. Must be familiar with systems like ASRS, AGV, Gantry, Jib crane, MHEs, various conveyers, returnable packaging, vehicle cube utilization. 11. OSHA, IATF, other industrial standards must be practiced. 12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels 13. Understand plant operations interms of SCM, manufacturing, safety.
