Job Description

    1. Software development based on PCBA test case 2. Troubleshooting, diagnosing & solving hardware & software issues on ATE. 3. PFC, Process sheet and PFEMA document preparation 4. Debugging of PCBA/ Box Build Assembly 5. Cycle time optimization in the existing testing machines 6. Flashing, Functional testing,Performance testing & Electrical testing 7. Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes Suggest fixes and improvements in software 8. Able to change the ECN in the existing testing software. 9. Able to develop the user friendly GUI which is able to adopt the production and quality. Experience 7-10 years of relevant Work Experience Industry Preferred OEM / Tier 1 suppliers Qualifications B E (Mechanical / Production / Automobile) General Requirements 1. Knowledge of schematic reading and debugging the PCBA 2. Hands on experience on software flashing, calibration & troubleshooting 3. Strong knowledge in Labview test stand and able to develop a program for ATE 4. Strong knowledge in C programming, python, SQL etc. 5. Strong Knowledge in CAN and LIN communication, CAN hardware and software testing 6. Hands on experience in the test equipment like digital multimeter, digital clamp meter, digital osciloscope, Programmable power supply and Elecronic Loads 7. Knowledge of electric vehicle, VCU.MCU, BMS,BMU and charger is an added advantage. 8. Knowlede of Programming in microcontroller and test software development 9. Generation & implementation of EOL (End Of Line) test programs for Various PCBA based on test cases 10.Expert in Test Tools and Automation.,
