Ensure Cost control on the Development on Capex as well as product 5. General Requirements Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job 1. Understanding the scope of the project and timelines . 2. Project planning ,Time management ,Execution Skills 3. Knowledge on poject Management , 4. Knowledge on first various process and basic costs . 5 Knowledge on first principle costing 6. Knowledge of tooling costs ( proto and Long term ) 7. Knowledge of tax, invoicing, import , export 8. Knowledge of technology, manufacturing knowledge and product and process knowledge for engine parts and new technology trends . 9. Generic knowledge about the changes that are happening like emmission trends,NVH,Friction reduction and Fuel Economy . 10. Knowledge on supplier base including their capabilities 11. Knowledge of APQP and other QS/ Technical Specification systems 12. Knowledge of statistical tools for Quality . 13. Knowledge of the relevant processes. 14. Knowledge of DVP require for systems & System Validation cycles 15. Knowledge of SAP transactions thru MM module 16.Knowledge of Gears Names of Companies from where we can get this talent .
