Job Description

  • Coordinating with the business to understand and document the requirements.
  • Ensuring Coordination and scheduling of interviews via telephone / VC / face to face.
  • Following up with the panel to manage the candidate feedback and closing the loop with candidates.
  • Post selection - managing the offers and assisting in joining formalities.
  • Ensuringweekly follow up with the offered candidates to ensure low dropouts
  • Keeping a monthly check on CPH, Channel Usage, ensuring Agency/RPO Hiring is within target
  • Exploring various sourcing channels likenetworking and internal referrals for all positions
