Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    • Should take Accountability of Plant Mechanical utilities Uptime includes HVAC, Compressors, Pneumatic supply, water supply, STP and MHEs etc.
    • should have sound knowladge VRV, AHU, Screw Compressor, CFM consumption analysis
    • Should able to calculate and reduce plant Air, water, HAVC cost per product.
    • Establish detailed CBM and TBM to achieve uptime as per Targets
    • All Legal Compliance adherence w.r.t DISH, CTO etc
    • Preparation of PM Schedule and adherence
    • Manpower planning to achieve smooth support to Production lines.
    • Monitoring safety at work place, finding of unsafe conditions,(Find It Fix It )
    • Trainings to Contractors /Suppliers Contractor safety trainings, Weekly tool box Training, Electrical safety Training, Electrical Basic Training.
    • Maintaining contractors/AMC s Records-labor records
    • Preparation of work safety documents, like Risk assessments, SOP s, work permits, LOTO procedure
    5-6 years Automobile OEM / Tier 1 Qualifications BE / B-Tech Mechanical Competencies

    General Requirements Screw type Compressors , VFD compressors , Portable Compressors, Air Dryers, Centrifugal & Screw type Compressors with 1000 CFM, 2000CFM & 4000 CFM (6.6kv) capacity. HOC dryer & Soft Starter MS - Office, Mahindra portals, Team Center, Share point, Catia, Auto CAD Functional Knowledge of dependent department like Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance.Job Segment: Electrical, CAD, Drafting, AutoCAD, Engineering ,
