1. Responsible to drive concern management (product concerns resolutions) i.e. Recovery of CaPS detractor Customers and Implementation of Preventive actions under scope. 2. Handling recovery of CSSI dissatisfied Customers and Implementation of Preventive actions and recall management for customer satisfaction. 3. Responsible for part fill rate at dealership LCV and HCV, to develop the reach i.e. Authorised Service Centre (ASC - including ASW,MSW & Synergy setups) and Nurture.,
