KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DIGITAL MARKETING BLUEPRINT AND PRACTICES PLANDefine the overall digital marketing strategy and therein, define the plan for each practice covering search, display, affiliates, mobile, ecommerce, content and social media. This will cover all proprietary digital assets and across our digital footprint on third party assetsBuild category leadership through effective execution of overall strategy INTEGRATED DIGITAL MARKETINGLeverage various platforms like Advertising platforms, listening tools, Campaign management platforms, Social platforms and alike, to orchestrate successful campaigns across the entire digital ecosystemCreate and execute integrated digital marketing plans to drive business and brand objective TRAFFIC AND ACQUISITIONOwn and leverage all managed marketing channels including: email, organic search, paid search, affiliates, app download campaigns, display advertising, and paid and social to drivetraffic to digital assetsLeverage originated traffic to drive campaign metrics CONTENT MARKETINGCreate and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to build psychological sizeLeverage content to drive influence through social media platforms and relevant third party platform PERFORMANCE MARKETINGDrive analytics implementation & usage across all digital assets and leverage BI to improve output metricsOwn reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities and overall online marketing ROIOwn return on Investment for all online marketing initiativesDrive traffic and offtake growth on all devices (app, mobile site and desktop) CROSS FUNCTIONAL & CROSS-COE COLLABORATIONCollaborate with Centers of Excellence within the functionWork with Analytics & BI to leverage data and drive higher ROIsWork with Digital Capabilities COE to create new assets and enhance current asset outputsThe role reports to National Lead Digital Business B2B & Cards REQUIREMENT 8-10 years marketing experience with the last 4 years in a senior digital marketing position in a high growth company. 6 years+ ecommerce experience is a must Post graduate in business management or a specialization in digital marketing Strong bias for E-commerce experience Exposure to P&L management is a significant plus Need experience in E commerce companies is desired or the digital department of the company.
