Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Push campaigns: Work with data science team to implement the recommendation models in campaign selection: Run DOEs with them Track conversions for model refinement Use them in daily segment selection Create templates for segment selection Work with 3 in 1 team for enough traffic & leads for marketplace: Communicate & share with them relevant segments for our products Ensure timely execution of our notification & banner campaigns by them Refine such campaigns with them to maximize traffic & leads Work closely to manage COA for the channel Pull campaigns: Work with Web business teams for enough traffic & leads for marketplace: Communicate & share with them relevant segments for our products Ensure timely execution of our campaigns Refine such campaigns with them to maximize traffic & leads Have a oversight on Insurance campaigns & plans of agency doing paid campaigns PPC etc Work closely to manage COA for the channel DIY business delivery: o Constantly monitor journey orchestration through digital marketing team member for improvements & reduced drop offs o Refine journeys by closely working with COE team by giving them inputs for changes o Maximize DIY funnel conversion o Ensure timely assist for drops offs Call center assist framework: 1. Campaign management: Design campaigns for each product type & lead drop stage wise Set churn frequency & dialer pacing for each campaign type Analyze agent disposition reports to ascertain conversion roadblocks & change campaigns 2. Call center productivity: Analyze agents per call center gaps in agent productivity and guide team on bridging the gaps Review and drive performance of call center against set objectives; track deviations and identify additional initiatives (bricks) to enable target achievement as per AOP Create right agent deployment plan for each campaign basis agent skills to ensure high productivity Create & deliver required training plans Ensure agent stickiness & vintage to ensure increasing vintage productivity curve 3.Product mix & COA management: o Monitor conversion percentage on each product type lead o Engage with insurance partners for completion of policy issuance for deviation cases o Give constant feedback to product team on customer experience of native journeys for their improvement o Manage overall COA delivery as per budgets through right capacity deployment , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) - Call center exposure - Campaign exposure - Digital marketing exposure - Field sales experience - Team management Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications 1.
