* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Strategizing Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and manage a multi-platform digital marketing strategy for the company. Spearhead a team of digital marketers to deliver creative campaigns for the brand and the products. Conceptualize campaigns to successfully deliver the brand and product association metrics traffic to campaign destinations drive conversation on social media and deliver business volumes. Responsible for building the best digital practices approach for the company. Design concepts to engage customers on social media platforms and increase awareness of company s products. Ideate interactive campaign destinations to engage and drive business. Build tech capabilities for enhancing the customer journey and delivering value. Ensure the campaign ROI metrics are delivered. Own the brand messaging strategy and standards. Own and build the social media platforms for the company. 2. Delivering the Video Strategy for Bajaj Finserv Lead the video strategy for the company as an innovative and cost-effective way to build the brand. Develop engaging video content & make it the primary source of consumption for customers across platforms. Build video as a source of business for the company. Own and build video production & amplification approach. Constantly innovate and deliver newer video production capabilities. 3. Stakeholder Management Work with leadership teams across businesses to understand business objectives & implement digital initiatives for the business. Nurture and develop a wide range of partner ecosystem to deliver the company objectives. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple teams. 4. Planning Budgeting and Monitoring Plan and implement the annual operating plan for the digital marketing vertical. Budget the digital marketing spends for the year monitor and periodically re-appropriate. Plan and monitor budgets for partner ecosystem media campaigns video production & video amplification. Establish clear performance expectations within the team and regularly review performance of the team members Identify cost control opportunities and plan organic marketing activities to deliver efficiencies. , * Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Post-graduation (MBA-Marketing) Advanced Digital marketing courses b) Work Experience 11 years of overall experience Experience of 9 years in Digital marketing Sound understanding of communications, media and digital channels. c) Knowledge and skills Sound understanding of media, digital channels and campaign management Stakeholder Management Skills Digital marketing, brand marketing and creative communications.
