Job Description

1. Planning & budgeting Generate new ideas scan for new developments/ trends in market & industry and drive adoption of learnings to cultivate a culture of experimentation and innovation in EMI finance businesses Drive planning for new platform development prepare budgets and put for review of supervisor and impacted business stakholders 2. Communication & campaign planning for Prime business Collaborate with business partners such as digital/ social media agencies etc. to design and drive various campaigns targeted to drive Prime business Define the customer communication journey touch points etc. and monitor the communication flow for campaigns as per defined journey 3. BAU management and new capability development for e-finance (EMI meta search Widget s Network) Identify the opportunities for providing superior customer service through creation of online capabilities in addition to BFL platform Build online presence ideate and implement interventions to increase online sourcing of desirable customer profiles Provide strategic inputs for increasing customer awareness and service levels as well as increase online traffic to the organization s website Guide team to analyze data to constantly evaluate and improve process flows and to identify any new ideas that can be built to attract the online customer 4. Stakeholder management Interact with business teams to understand specific requirements/ challenges faced identify scope of building new capabilities and conduct planning for same Engage with multiple cross functional teams including Product Risk IT and Sales teams to ideate and build new platforms and processes for online channel Interact with various internal functions/ departments to discuss products features and innovation opportunities and manage and revamp various systems within the function Engage and build relationship with the existing vendors and channel partners (like marketing agencies media specialists) and maintain good rapport to ensure delivery of best in-class marketing strategies (includes researching & onboarding new agencies across multiple requirements like catalog content video production development design etc.) 5. Functional review Monitor performance of team on daily basis to ensure desired results are achieved Monitor and manage overall budgets and operational expenses and take corrective measures where needed to achieve desired profitability Present the analysis of progress for activities pursed for verticals catered to and overview of future strategy to the senior management in review meetings 6. Team development Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for various positions within the team Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team Provide guidance to team in identification of t , * a) Qualifications Post-Graduation in finance or MBA b) Work Experience Minimum 13 years of experience A strong understanding of the digital space (internet + mobile) backed by experience in execution of digital strategies and campaigns Understanding of consumer and marketing space Mix of experience in business management, product development and marketing roles Strong understanding of Consumer lending businesses CD/DPF/LSF/LCF/Rural/Ecomm/REMI Strong understanding of partner ecosystem & sensitivities OEM & Dealers Strong working knowledge of risk, legal & compliance aspects in lending businesses Experience in building and maintaining large complex lending and associated systems. Knowledge of Digital channels, domains & levers and ability to use them for every B2B business Strong techno-functional-commercial-marketing experience and knowledge Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, conflict management & resolution, large diverse teams of multiple experience areas Ability to understand automation platforms, consumer analytics, core-systems and to be able to stitch them for desired outputs Strong Business, Product & Project management experience
