Proficient in Auto CAD (2D & 3D)Equipments Design (Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessels & Other Equipments)Piping DesignProficient in ASME, TEMA codesOversee the design of projects and test these to ensure that they meet all quality standards and specifications and satisfy customer requirements.Oversee the production of comprehensive documentation and information about projects to ensure that customers are given all the required information for effective projects use.Continuously review projects performance and feedback from customers to develop any necessary improvements to projects.Introduce and oversee a process for the research and design of new products and modifications to existing products to ensure continuous improvement.Develop and monitor the projects development budget to ensure that all projects are effectively costed.Maintain a liaison with other departments to identify projects needs and to produce design specifications that meet customer requirements.Research customer requirements to ensure that projects meet the purposes for which they are designed and satisfy those requirements.Provide technical advice and support to other departments.Must have experience in a project based industry.Must have conversant with latest software of AutoCAD (2D & 3D)P& IDSPlant LayoutEquipment Fabrication Drawings & Equipment Mechanical design etc.Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
