Job Description

    Job Description Role:
    1. Understanding of Wiper System/Washer system and Glazing development wiper linkage, Arm & blades, Washer tank and Filler, Nozzle & Washer tube etc.
    2. To create multiple proposals and concept for Front and rear wiper system, washer system & tubing confirming to the defined quality standards.
    3. To work independently on wiper system , washer system and glazing development for different projects.
    4. Coordination with international supplier for Wiper System, Washer system and Glazing development, interact with CFTs & participate in technical forums during the entire development process.
    5. To understand and evaluate the Vehicle level/system level Testing according to the Homologation requirements.
    6. Work on a project on Sustainable materials & New trends & Innovations
    , *Skills
    1. Knowledge of regulatory requirements FMVSS & ECE for wiper and Glazing.
    2. 3D/2D CAD designing in NX.
    3. Knowledge of Kinematics of components , Mechanical routing in NX.
    4. Knowhow of working with PLM tools like Team center.
    5. Plastic design knowhow: Injection molding , Blow molding process
    6. Strong interpersonal & communication skills
    7. Ability to learn & adapt quickly, explore new ideas
    8. German language speaking skills will be an added advantage.
    9. Experience on working on PLM (Product life cycle management) software
    10. Have experienced product development processes like APQP (QFD, DFMEA, and PFMEA)/VDA, DOE, PPAP in Automotive industry.
    11. Experience of working in Cross functional teams & Suppliers
    12. Independently managed Component design /development phases
