Job Title 3D Designer Lighting & Compositing Purpose of Position An experienced Lighting, Rendering, and Compositing 3D Designer to deliver high quality product outline renderings, room scene renderings and VR renderings for marketing materials and sales presentations. Major Challenge Able to understand customer s requirement and work closely with cross functional team from multiple locations/countries. Communicate seamlessly and meet the rendering quality as customers expectation. Major Responsibility 1. Provide rendering support to the marketing team, sales team, dealers and project team efficiently. 2. Create product outline renderings, room scene renderings, VR renderings and animations at 3dsMax + Vray environment for marketing materials and sales presentations.3 . Transfer 3D files between multiple software such as 3dsMax, CET Designer (Configura), and potentially Unreal and Unity.4. Continuously enhance team capability. Good at more than one rendering skills, such as Lighting, Texture Application, Composition and Retouching Operations.5. Establish/maintain texture library and room scene library.6. Communicate with internal customers and collaborate with team members.7. Strong understanding of lighting and use of lights in photography. Profession Skills 7. Knowledge of Lighting, Materials, Rendering & compositing tools & Procedures. 8. Proficiency in 3ds Max, Vray & Photoshop is must. 9. Able to Create or Modify 3d models in 3ds max and should be able to read the AutoCAD drawings.10. Familiar with imperial metric measurements would be plus. General Skills11. Clear and concise communication and organization skills. Ability to work cross functionally in teams.12. Successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines.13. Fluency in spoken and written American English would be plus.14. Should be able to work under tight deadlines adhering to the output quality.15. Self-managed, self-motivated, Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and software, Detail driven, organized and meticulous with files.16. Good aesthetic taste of photography is plus. IT skills requirements: 3Ds Max , Vray , Photoshop o,After Effects Others: Knowledge of UE / Substance Designer / Blender is plus Requirements Education and experience 1. Bachelor s Degree or above in any stream, Diploma in animation. 2. 5-7 years of relevant experience in Architectural Renderings or 3d Animations. 3. Experience in team lead would be plus. Computer Skills 4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc.). 5. Efficiency in 3ds max, Vray or relevant CAD software. 6. Experience with UE, Blender or Substance would be plus. ,
