Key skills required for the job are: n Sciencelogic - AIOps-L3, (Mandatory) and MF Monitoring Tools-L2, (Optional).As a Senior Developer, you are responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module. You should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks. You should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team. Minimum work experience: 3 - 5 YEARS n tPlan and Design ScienceLogic or any other Monitoring tool in the distributed environment which suites for Large customers and also for MSP (Managed Service Provider) n tDeploy the tool as per the design n tConfigure the tool as per the requirements and to support Multi tenants which supports Multi customers in a single instance n tIntegrate Monitoring tool with various other tools such as Servicenow (through SL1 Powerflow (Rest API) for autoticketing) n tConfigure Monitoring tool in Disaster Recovery mode n tDiscover the Windows servers through PowerShell, Unix servers through SSH, ESXi host, Azure Cloud, Network devices and storage components in SL1 n tConfigure the Fault and Performance polling for the Discovered devices and enabled the collection. n tKnowledge of Event Correlation, Event Suppression, Custom Topology mapping etc n tConfigure and Customize the dynamic applications as per the requirements n tUnderstanding of Python snippets and development for specific requirements n tCreate Dynamic Applications for various alerts and reports n tUpgrade Monitoring toll into new version n tShould be able to create automation action and policies As a Senior Developer, you are responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
