Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction: Compliance Java developer with knowledge in Java, Spring, Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration, for BARCLAYS GLOBAL SERVICE CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED, Pune. This position will operate across the Global Compliance Technology arm of the bank, with the aim of ensuring that all regulatory, risk and control functions within the bank comply with new or amended regulatory requirements. We are looking to add an experienced Java Developer to our qualified and diverse development team. The candidate chosen will analyse, develop or enhance Java applications with all standard controls in agile environment. The developer will be responsible for code development and modifications with TDD approach and will work very closely with key stakeholders, leads.What will you be doing Understand and analyse DevOps requirements, provide estimations Develop/modify Surveillance project CI pipelines. Develop or modify deployment plans as required. Ensure CI , SonarQube, Nolio and overall INFRA are up to date and modify them as and when required. Perform remediaion related to DevOps, INFRA, certificates etc. Keep an eye on health of servers and DevOps reports, discuss issues in team meeting and take appropriate actions.What we re looking for:Minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree from a recognized university Minimum 3+ years of experience of core Java development using TDD Experience of developing Continuous Integration pipline in CI tool e.g. TeamCity, Jenkins etc. Experience in automated deployments. Good understanding of SCM tools like GIT, Perforce etc. Good understanding of Unix, Unix commands and scripting e.g. Shell, Perl Should have basic knowledge of INFRA tasks like keystore, certificates, SSH keys, Chef recepies etc. Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsSkills that will help you in the role :Familiarity with Cloud based DevOps/INFRA (AWS, Azure etc) Ability to Automate manual tasks by writing scripts/code and jobs Exposure to Python Experience of working with applications in Financial Domain.
