Job Description

Some of the responsibilities are:
  • Design develop solutions in SAP Enterprise HANA using HANA Studio
  • Leverage technical expertise to develop HANA models using Calculation Views
  • Integrate SAP HANA with SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP SLT, and/or other ETL tools
  • Map business requirements to the technical architecture design and information model in SAP HANA
  • Implement HANA development best practices and develop performance optimized solutions
  • Work independently as a team member on assigned Task and ensure timely deliverables
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions Documentation

Skills / Experience:

Required:

  • Candidates with minimum of 10 Years of Analytics Experience
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills with oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Candidate with Minimum 7 Years of SAP BI Experience
  • Candidate with Minimum 3 Years of HANA Experience.
  • Proficient in HANA SLT Replication with at least 2 years of experience in it.
  • Worked on minimum two end-to-end HANA implementation projects
  • Proficient in SAP HANA data modeling using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View, importing source system metadata, hierarchies and developing Information Models, Creation of Packages, Defining the Metadata Import process, Managing Attribute Mapping and Manage Schema Mapping, Validating Information Models, Creation of Constant columns, Variables, Data provisioning using SLT, etc.
  • Validation of Data in Data Model (Data Preview)
  • Strong experience in HANA programming with SQL and database procedural languages such as PLSQL and T-SQL
  • Proficient in Testing of HANA Data Models (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing)
  • Proficient in SAP HANA performance tuning concepts and data modelling best practices.
  • Preferred:
  • Deep knowledge and experience of writing complex SQL Scripts, Procedures, Cursors and Triggers
  • Good Understanding on the Standard HANA Content
  • Ability to understand Business Scenarios and translate it into data models with business logic (Translate the Business KPIs into HANA )
  • Composite (CIS) experience a plus
  • Good Knowledge in creating Business Blueprint
  • Knowledge on SAP Business Object and Crystal Reports
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA Capabilities
  • Knowledge on Displaying Audit Trails of Information Models
  • Able to Conduct UAT sessions with the Business user and Presenting the Business value of the report to the Users
  • Working Knowledge on SAP BW 3.5
