Engineering Shivajinagar, PuneEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with both development and QA teams with a focus on automating build and deploymentDesign and develop a continuous deployment pipeline, integrating Chef, GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker for a wide range of server typesImplement CI/ CD in projects (GitLabCI)Source Code Management (SCM) using tools, e. g. Github (with Git workflows)Enable software build and deploy using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, CodeDeploy, Docker RepositoryDeployments in Docker/ KubernetesWrite, plan, create infra as a code using TerraformPackaging and deployment tool like Helm chartsMonitoring, ITSM automation incident creation from alerts using licensed and open source toolsEnsure team collaboration using Jira, Confluence and other toolsManage credentials for AWS cloud servers, GitHub repos, Atlassian Cloud services, Jenkins, Docker, OpenVPN, and the developers environmentBuilding environments for unit tests, integration tests, system tests, and acceptance tests Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field required5 years of experience in hands-on DevOps engineering3 years of experience with Python or Java development2 years hands-on experience with in Kubernetes and Docker in large scale Public Cloud EnvironmentsExpert in using AWS toolkitsGood understanding of design of native Cloud applications Cloud application design patterns and practices preferably AWSAbility to quickly learn new any existing technologies Strong problem solving skills Excellent oral and written English communication skillsShould have expert Linux and Network administration skills to troubleshoot and trace symptoms back to the root cause.
