Job Description

    5-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of strong experience in DevOps role.Excellent communication & Technical Leadership Skills.Strong consulting skills including interacting with and presenting to senior and technical stakeholders to gain buy-in.Strong facilitation skills to ensure alignment to architectural vision and operating models.Must be able to work on RFQ/RFI/RFPs, Proposal, Solution Overview, Scope of Work, High Level Design, Low Level Design, CoStrong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration.Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as Python, GoLang, PowerShellStrong understanding across infrastructure and cloud components (server, storage, network, security, data, and applications) to deliver end to end DevOps architectures and designs.Hands on experience with at least one or more Virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, RHEVExperience with automation/configuration management using either Ansible, TerraformFamiliarity with container orchestration services (Docker Swarm, OpenShift, Tanzu, Rancher) especially KubernetesUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and deployment techniquesExperience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or JenkinsHands on experience with at least one or more Code analysis tools like SonarQube/ Checkstyle / HP Fortify / PMD / FindbugsExperience working in build tools like Ant / Maven / Gradle.Experience working in binary repository tools like Artifactory / Nexus.Hands on experience with at least one or more Test automation tools like Selenium / JMeter / LoadRunner / JUnit / NUnitHands on experience with at least one or more monitoring or log solution application like Nagios / Splunk / Prometheus / Grafana.Continually research, test, investigate new technologies, methods, and featuresStrong DevOps experience in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment for Python/AngularJS/ ReactJS projects.Prior application architecture and design experience in bespoke technologies with at least one or more like Java/J2EE, Dot Net, MySQL, Oracle, Pl/SQL etcExperience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, WorkFront, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, etc.Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services.Hands on experience with at least one or more Azure, AWS DevOps and Google DevOpsExperience with databases such as SQL, MS SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, and/or Mongo.Additional Desired SkillsCertification from the product vendor is a plusStrong Experience across Applications Migration to Hybrid IT, Cloud native Architecture and ImplementationServer-side or client-side Java development experience.Good understanding of at least one of HPE technologies or Opensource Cloudmponent Level Design and Effort Estimation.
