Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Lead to help us leading and building functional systems that improve customer experience.DevOps Lead responsibilities include leading junior DevOps Engineers, deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securelyResponsibilities

  • Develop and own the entire DevOps automation pipeline
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate monitoring and administration
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
, Experience and Qualifications
  • Should have a Bachelor s Degree in IT
  • Career experience as DevOps Lead working with leadership teams
  • Explicit and extensive agile delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services
  • Must have experience in any one of CloudFront or Terraform
  • Must have experience in any one of Ansible, Chef or Puppet
  • Must have strong experience in container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Must have very good experience in shell scripting
Skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
  • Hands-on experience in developing and scripting
  • Experience with systems and IT operations
  • Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
  • Strong grasp of automation tools
