DGM/ GM Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)About Company :- Location : PuneExperience : 10 15 YearsFunction : OthersVacancy : 1Position Title: DGM/ GM Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)Reports To: COOReporting to this Position: QHSE Team (Quality Leads, Quality Lab Team, Safety Lead, Safety engineers, Safety Supervisors etc)Job SummaryThis individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of Quality, Safety, Health and environment policies and strategies for the operational excellence of the company.Provide strategic leadership to KPDLs Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives such that KPDL maintains and builds upon its reputation as proactive best in class corporate citizens.Lead and manage the performance of the QHSE department, ensuring the successful delivery of business strategy, whilst adhering to compliance with regulations, corporate mandated policies, and procedures in Quality, Health, Safety and EnvironmentAim to ensure that the KPDL product or service quality is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements, coordinates the activities required to meet quality, safety, health and environment standards.Develop, communicate and implement Project Quality Health and Safety plans.Conduct quality and HSE audits as required: investigate problematic areas and recommend practical cost effective solutions.Provide direction, technical guidance on Health, Safety and Environment practices and interpret quality compliance requirements to all employees.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesQuality FocusEnsure the development of departmental SOPs (writing, revising and approving), ensuring regulatory compliance in conjunction with being fit for purpose operationally and commercially.Implement and maintain a Quality Management procedures and processes to ensure that risks are adequately covered,
