Job Description

    Leading Online Health Consutation company is looking for dynamic leaders across IndiaHead Sales -B2BLocation - Bangluru / Hyderabad / Pune/ MumbaiConcise Role Expectation :The incumbent would be responsible for leading and growing Corporate Sales for above location (Geography may get extended, based on the individuals capabilities)Achieve sales targets and creating growth by successfully managing the sales team, working across all the broad segments of Corporate Sales.Strategizing and guiding the team in acquiring new B2B customers and converting them and ensuring the regular business from them.Establishing sales opportunities (Doctors Consultation on digital platform and allied services/ Client offerings) by networking, building relationships, establishing needs, conducting demonstrations and closing deals.Join the team members for key client meetings to support the deal process and help winning the corporate accounts.Supervise and motivate the Sales Team to obtain set objectives for account planning, customer prospecting and customer satisfaction.Identifying potential corporate clients and closing pan India tie-ups.Manage client relationship to ensure revenue growth and inquiry of new service.Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients, connecting with key business executives.Work closely with Marketing Team to develop and implement effective corporate communication.Act as an entrepreneur and drive the business with the full ownership.Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job.Must Have :Exposure in a Start-Up ecosystem.Self-Starter and Go-Getter attitude(Digital) Healthcare/ Wellness industry experience.Candidates having exposure in concept selling, app-based product or services selling, subscription-based product sellingDesirable Skill set :Excellent sales and negotiation skillsStrong communication and networking skillsGood planning and organizational skillsSelf-motivation, drive and initiativeAn outgoing and confident approachCommercial and business awarenessThe ability to understand and present clinical dataThe flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systemsRequirement :Position : Head - Sales (B2B)Experience : 10 yearsMajor Role : Corporate Sales, Corporate Relations & Business Development, Revenue Maximization, Execution of Business Objectives, Performance and Sales Goal Monitoring.Job Location : Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ MumbaiCTC : Rs. 20 Lacs
