- At Inventive, we are seeking a talented, diligent system administrator to maintain and administer our companys networked system of computers. The Data Architect will build databases based on business requirements and in-depth analysis. You will be responsible to thoroughly test and maintain those databases to ensure their longevity and overall efficiency.- As a data architect, you will work as part of the core team to determine the vision, direction and data strategies that will leverage appropriate technologies and integrations with partner tools to execute on the business strategy. We are looking for a self-starter that can not only execute on product ideas but bring vision to the product that pushes the boundaries to ensure client success. Responsibilities :- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses- Evaluate Current Data Systems of the companys databases and other data systems. - Analyse these databases and identify new solutions to increase efficiency and performance. - Define the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, including modelling, metadata, security, reference data, master data and transaction data- Define reference architecture, which is a pattern that other can follow to create and improve data systems- Define data flows, i.e., which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external data vendorsEducation and Experience Requirements :- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.- 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modelling, or Database development related projects in product or service-based organization. - 3+ Years of experience as a Data Architect in a technical leadership role - Strong experience in designing and implementing data architecture patterns for creating physical data models for OLTP (normalized), ODS (Operational Data Store) and DW (dimensional) models.- Experience in creation of data infrastructure - such as databases, data lakes, views, stored procedures, ETL usage, real-time/streaming data integration- Experience in cloud and virtualization technologies related to data storage, integration, and distribution for accessing on/off-premises, hybrids, and cloud-based data storages.- Experience in designing, building, and supporting non-functional data standards and guidelines such as security, partitioning, performance tuning, configuration management, Data Quality, MDM, Data Catalogs- Strong, in-depth experience in data modelling, data analytics, and business intelligence systems (dimensional modelling, data mining, predictive analytics)Experience in :- Databases (Postgres and MySQL)- Data modelling tools (ER/Studio etc.)- Data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau etc.)- Familiar with at least one programming languages such as python, C, C++.- Experienced in project management to meet deadlines and create efficient solutions that involve multiple teams.Critical thinking to deliver the most efficient solution based on database structure and requirements Benefits of working with Us!- The work location will be Pune and currently we are all working from home till we start our operations from office again.
