Medline India is looking for Digital Asset Coordinator. The candidate will be presented with a list of distributed products with the manufacturer names and part number. The candidate will conduct web searches to obtain product descriptions and product images that meet Medline brand standards and guidelines. Some of the responsibilities are: Conduct web searches to obtain product descriptions and product images that meet Medline brand standards and guidelines Name image files and save to designated network location Paste product descriptions into Excel file; save all files to designated location Meet aggressive daily and weekly quotas Report daily progress to manager Monitor web catalog email box, triage requests, send pre-written approved responses Skills / Experience: Researching information online Working in Excel - ability to create files, maintain data in the files, create formulas and formatting Completing a high volume of daily work with critical deadlines At least 3 years of related experience Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Strong and polished English communication, both written and oral Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines Must be able to work effectively both as a team member and independently Preferred: Comfortable using Photoshop basic level skills Experience in healthcare is a plus Educational Qualification: Any Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate degree Required SkillsMarket research,photo shop, Excel,
