Client Relationshipa) Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersb) Maintaining long term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clientsc) Manage a portfolio of client accountsd) Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular contacte) Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client- account manager relationship by up- selling cross- sellingf) Keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long- run.2.
