Job Description

    exp :1 to 3 yersalary : 18 to 22Maintenance department. CNCImplementing KAIZENS / POKAYOKE for better machine productivity and work effectiveness. MTTR, MTBF & breakdown analysis data calculate and maintain. Three shifts break down data why-why analysis for identify root cause & corrective actions. To Maintaining the critical spare part list and spare to improve machine availability. Develop new supplier for better availability of spares to enhance work. Complete preventive and breakdown work for CNC turning, gear hobbling & shapping m/c, broachingm/c, gear teeth chamfering m/c, spindle grinding m/c, spm m/c, Assembly line. Handling breakdowns of friction welding m/c, co2 welding robot, scavenging and reburnishing m/c, highpressure Cylinder testing m/c. Good knowledge of crome platting, single and multi-head buffing m/c and paint shop maintenance work. handling and monitoring utility maintenance like steam boiler, air compressors, scrubber units, chillerunits, as well as ETP, HTP plant. Knowledge of Centrifugal pump, vane pump, maintenance work. Inspected work of outside contractors for accuracy. Knowledge of Electrical & Electron
