As part of the Global Services team we deliver Managed Services for Finastra applications in a cost-effective & efficient manner to various financial institutions. The focus is to improve the clients experience whilst enhancing the quality of Finastra products. Activities are executed in an Onsite/Offsite model where the teams execute tasks at different phases of the project. In this model not only will the team performs tasks offsite, they may also carry out Onsite tasks in parallel with the Regional GS team. Global Delivery Operate works closely with the Regional GS team to combine solutions with technical expertise and product knowledge thereby ensuring that the deliverables are of high quality and meet the customer requirements.Specifically, The Global Delivery Operate team was setup as part of the managed service proposition to provide operational support and service validation to the Finastra customer base. The operations team supporting live customers and their daily service needs ensuring that the applications are maintainable, always up and running and that we have an effective and efficient conduit for our customers into the broader Finastra engine.The Validation team ensures that we understand the impact of change to our services and through holistic end to end automated regression execution that we strive to delivery zero defect software into our managed services solutions for our global customer base.AS part of the build out of the testing capability and onboarding into operate we are furthermore looking to ensure congruency between our design, build out and execution of our testing capabilities. This new role is seen as a significant part of this proposition.Continuing our strategy of offering a truly global proposition we are expanding out our team to the Finastra Pune, India Office to supplement our current capability in Manila, Philippines. This will give us a truly flexible support structure with a follow the sun model. What do we offer
