Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Preparation of loan applications for both working capital and long term finance for other purposes, raising money on Commercial papers and other options like export packing credit,
Dealers financing and vendor financing.
Submission of annual, quarterly and monthly data like CMA, Progress reports, DP statement,
Arranging of bank consortium meetings, and communication with banks
Interaction with credit rating agencies like CRISIL,
Dealing with RBI and conversant with RBI formalities like ODI, FEMA guidelines for making payment, import and export documents,
Bank guarantees and Letter of Credit
Investing of funds in short term and long tern avenues like Mutual Funds, Bonds,
Online and centralized payment systems and SAP,
Internal Financial control procedures,
Preparation of cash flow forecasts and management of funds,
Appraisal of Capex proposals

Desired Candidate ProfileCA with 8-15 years post qualification experience in Finance and Treasury operations.,
