We are having Opening for MD Medicine Doctor Head of Department Primary Care (Clinical Role)Seeking to bring on an MD Medicine doctor who is excited about building the future of primary care in India s fastest growing healthcare company. Join our clinical practice as our Head of Department overseeing our 4+ clinical specialties while also practicing yourself. This role combines clinical leadership and practice with the goal to deliver world-class virtual primary care services to 100,000+ patients across India.Gender : Male/Female Industry : Health careTechnical Knowledge and Skills:Responsibilities and Duties: Serve as a practice leader:Serve as clinical leader and practice manager for Loop Family Physicians and specialists Manage hiring, credentialing, onboarding, and training of Loop Doctors Implement QA initiatives to improve patient outcomes, patient experience, patient safety, provider experience, and guideline development. Establish clinical guidelines, best practices, and SOPs for our primary care practice. Ensure patient safety and proactively maintain all legal and ethical compliances. Work with our product design and operations team to provide inputs on clinic service delivery, EMR, and app. Conduct outreach within medical circles and professional associations to establish and strengthen Loop Healths clinical brand via conferences, webinars, white papers, and research reportsDeliver great clinical care:Conduct virtual OPDs via phone and video call: conduct general primary care consultations of patient and managing their acute or chronic care needs. Conduct diagnostic tests and to determine the cause and nature of disease. Respond to patients medical problems by counselling, where necessary. Document the patient s visit in our EHR In case of referral, help match the patient with the best provider for their needs.Requirements :MD Medicine with an active medical license. A Post Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (PGDFM) is also preferred. Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience Experience leading and training clinicians in a health technology company, hospital, or other care delivery organisation Fluency with digital tools to improve clinical practice like EMR, Telemedicine, and Digital Health tools Growth Mindset: commitment to advancing knowledge of medicine and care protocols via CMEs and courses Passionate to design the future of primary care in India.
