Job Description

  • We need a strong and experienced Program Manager who can manage huge highly visible and strategic program of client.
  • The candidate must have handled a program of more than 40 team members operating from different locations.
  • The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in IT industry with good management skills.
  • Must have:
      1. Proven Program Management track record.
      2. Good verbal and written communication skills
      3. Excellent in stake holder management
      4. Experience in P&C Insurance Policy Administration System
      5. Able to plan, priorities and estimate the requirements
      6. Able to coordinate with multiple business owners and provide the approve of requirements
      7. Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including onsite-offshore team
      8. Should be able to identify riskissues and provide appropriate mitigation
      9. Desired: Insurance Certification is preferable
      10. Having PMP certification is an added advantage
