Job Description

  1. The role involves conducting data analytics to come up with solutions for business
  2. Ad-hoc analysis, model development and management
  3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders like IT, Credit, collections and external vendors.
  4. Create customer base for up-sale/cross-sale campaigns through analytics to enhance response/conversion.
  5. Development and management of models (application/behavior/collection/marketing etc.) to assist targeted policy action.
  6. Model execution in terms of deployment on IT systems/ back end non-IT systems, periodic validation, results communications and model recalibration if required.
  7. Post implementation analysis of model output in terms of reduction in events (payment bounces, delinquencies, write-offs rates etc.)
  8. Automation of regular tasks related with models and related analysis using automation tools like VBA, SQL etc.
