We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid education and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. The challenging responsibilities of the position include: Working with Medline s customers and vendors to enable data integration across the Order2Cash and Procure2Pay areas. Provides technical expertise and support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other Business-to-Business communications. Duties include testing, implementing and maintaining B2B transactions, developing and maintaining trading partner definitions including relevant translation objects utilizing B2B translation software tools. Work closely with application development teams on integration solutions for new projects and enhancements. Supports the user community and creates and maintains partner relationships with customers and vendors. Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. Team player. Skills / Experience: Required: 5-7 years of experience in B2B integration with focus on EDI integration. Should be well versed with common EDI X12 transactions, mapping, end-to-end testing, practices, and procedures within the field. Should have worked extensively on standards, mapping, integration methods, practices, and procedures within the field. Experience working with the platforms like Seeburger (BIS) or IBM Sterling Gentran or Sterling Integrator (SI) with hands on mapping and configuration in detail. Must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with integration partners and internal customers. Ability to act and learn on his/ her own initiative and execute objectives with full responsibility without day-to-day supervision. Preferred Skills: Experience integrating EDI with SAP ECC and basic knowledge around SAP is a strong plus Experience with Retail customers / vendors is preferable Experience with SAP PI/ XI is a plus Required Skills 5-7 years of experience in B2B integration with focus on EDI integration.
