Job Description

  • Software Skills - Proficient in AutoCAD 2013
  • Experience: In Low Voltage Panel design with panel manufacturing process
  • Good knowledge of selecting switch gears (MCCB, MCB, Starters, contactors, transformersand Relays etc.)
  • Hands on and Good knowledge of motor starters of different make with related Electricals
  • components including wiring scheme of both DOL and Star delta starter.
  • Understanding and ability to perform heat dissipation calculations and higher ambientrequirements.
  • Understanding of international standards in panel design is preferred (UL, CSA, IEC/ATEX, &NEC)
  • Good knowledge of grounding systems/earthing requirements as per IEC/NEC
  • Good communication skill

  • To review customer request along with field wiring drawings.
  • Review requirements with respect to both Electrical and Mechanical
  • Review relevant product standards & identify requirements for panel design per UL,
  • IEC/ATEX and NEC.
  • To check wiring bending requirement and related design criteria
  • Prepare panel assembly layout along with wiring schematic drawings
  • To prepare customer approval drawing
  • To perform heat dissipation of panel boards and junction box
  • To prepare order documents with Bill of material.
  • Perform quality check activities
