We do have openings for One of the Leading Product Development Global MNC for Pune Location. Experience-5-16 Years Job Location: Pune Electrical Engineer- Electrical System Design and Development for HVAC Products Leading a team of designers for electrical system design for HVAC product development and delivery. Must understand the Electrical design requirement for HVAC equipment like Air Handling Units (AHU), VRF, PAC, RAC, RTU etc. Design electrical control panel and generate electrical design output like wiring diagram, component layout, wire harness and electrical BOM. This position requires the ability to work under minimal direction in collaboration with global teams to design and develop robust system solutions that meet defined system requirements. How you will do it * Understand the project scope, requirements, evaluate and estimate the efforts. * Plans work and ensure engineering standards and guidelines are adhered to while designing the systems * Provides work estimates; plans and controls design and delivery of the project to meet objectives for project/system quality, reliability and performance. * Understand all aspects of electrical design requirements of HVAC products and implement. * Selection of electrical switchgears, motors and other electrical item as per HVAC standards requirements and compliance. * Work on cable routing in Pro-E/Inventor and design control circuit. * Coordinate with overseas client to understand design requirement and guide the team for execution. * Ensuring quality and timeliness design release of electrical control panel. * Coordinate with production team for necessary product changes and timely implementation. * Understand and follow the product development process. * Work with coordination with project lead, product design team and overseas client * Training and technical mentoring of the team What we look for * BE/B.Tech/M.Tech- Electrical Engineering * 5-15+ years of experience in Electrical system design and development in HVAC products * Exposure to project management techniques * End-to-end planning, monitoring, control and reporting for assigned projects for scope, schedule, cost, quality, utilization for assigned project * Ensure adoption of organization processes and templates for assigned projects * Apply matured project management practices and standards for assigned projects * Build risk database, defect database and learnings database for assigned projects If interested, please share cv to anisha@hr-central.in,
