• We are looking for motivated professionals with strong skills in the domain of Low Voltage Air Circuit Breakers and molded case circuit breaker.
• Design knowledge and experience in design of mechanism, Sensor selection and integration, control mechanical devices and analyzing data.

• Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Testing, and Release) following a structured engineering process to ensure quality and reliability
• Collaborate with external and internal customers, such as Product Management, Manufacturing and other Engineering teams during the product development life cycle.
• Good Project management skills to manage technical design projects and coordinate with partners.
• Develop supporting engineering documentation including requirements specifications, design documentation and design verification test plans.
• Responsible for Design, developemnt and testing of sub system of LV circuit breaker like Mechanism, Arc chute, trip unit, housing, sensor selection and interagration used in products like LV circuit breaker.
• Expertise in design of sheet metal, plastic part design,different sensor selection and its integration.
• Estimate workload, establish and maintain project schedules and monitor progress through the project execution phases
• Ability to drive a technology design with a team of engineers both locally and remote
• Analysis and problem-solving are also part of the job
• Identify and develop technologies which would improve product performance, reduce development time, reduce cost, or add customer value.
• Active communication with the cross functional team to ensure schedule, cost and performance alignment
• Leverage Design for Six Sigma for reliable and on time launch of the projects

QualificationsRequirement:

• Bachelor s degree in Electronics/Electrical/ Instrumentation engineering 4+ relevant experience.
• 4+ Yrs of experience in Mechanical design, design for manufacturability, electromechancial devices and systems, reliability, use of simulation in design, sensors, actuators, Instrumentation, data analytics, firmware for embedded systems, electical industry standards.
• Candidate should have end to end product life cycle -experience in mechanism and sensor intergation. This end to end product design life cycle includes - Conceptual design, prototyping, test the product and market validation.
• Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodology with examples of practical application.
• Understanding of basic mechanism and basics of low voltage circuit breakers
• Hands on experience in Mechanism desing
• Hands on experience in Sensor integration
• Hands on experience on sensor development and its application
• Hands on experience in Data acquisition
• Good analytical skills in different type of sensor and intergartion with mechanism.

• Design and development experience related to products like LV electromechancial devices
• Knowledge in Manufacturing of sheet metal and plastic parts.
• A minimum 3-4 years of experience in LV circuit breaker sub system design and sensor intergation within circuit breaker and measurement.
• Good Knowledge of PLM like ENOVIA and modeling software Creo 7.0
• Knowledge of selection of sensor for application
• Knowledge of Testing and measurement of different types of sensors

• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff.
• Creating business proposals, creativity, people mangement, project management.
