Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION:The primary responsibility of this role is to perform simulations and do analysis for circuit and advance EMC simulations to meet customer specific technical, cost and market related technology.MAIN FUNCTIONS:Demonstrates the application of basic engineering simulation tools/ principles and evidence of creative thinking (electronics simulations , model creation, datasheet and schematic circuit understanding) Prepares simulation schematics by using computer assisted engineering design software Spice, Ansys and interface with ECAD tools. Responsible for activity planning, execution and closing of assigned activities. Confers with Product teams, Printed circuit board team to develop simulation+A1 and resolve design for EMI EMC compliant thru simulations Plans, Organizes, and leads smaller assigned tasks / projects. Ensure all simulation processes and review processes are well understood and followed in every simulation work. Effectively prioritizes and acts with speed and focus. Identifies competencies and personnel needed to complete tasks. Performs typically as an individual contributor within team. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvements in advance simulations and contribute on process improvements. Builds strong relationships with stakeholder to define acceptable quality levels Consistently achieves results, even under adverse circumstances like minor changes in Schematics and /or Placement related to simulation. In case of major changes in scope, communicates schedule impact effectively and openly. Makes and keeps commitments of deliverables release dates by holding self and others accountable.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Education level required

  • Required: Bachelor s or Masters Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electrical Engineering.
Years and area of experience required:Total relevant work experience: 3+ years. Hands-on experience in Electronics Simulation tools PSpIce Simulaion, LTSpice Simulation. It would be good to be aware of Ansys simulation It would be good of aware of PCB tools and PCB file formamat of Allgero Cadance, Altium , CADSTAR, PADsTechnical knowledge:Required: Sound knowledge of electrical & electronic design Analog and Digital Circuit Hands-on experience Electronics simulations tools LTSpice, SPICE Hands os experience of electronics componets models - SPICE, HSPICE, IBIS models.Hands on experience on Prepare schematicsDesired: Awareness of PCB design tools software in PCB file formats Awarness of EMI EMC and standardsSpecial: Spice Electronics Simulations Automotive domain knowledge awarnessSoft skills:Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.We make what matters work.
