Job Description

    Job descriptionExperience: 6 to 8 yrsLocation: Mumbai & other locationsCTC: 17 lpaNotice period: Immediate to 30 days.Key Responsibilities:
    • Experience and knowledge of supporting customers in a complex, enterprise environment
    • Provide consultancy and be technically proficient as an escalation point for issues
    • Ability to work under pressure, and works well in a team
    • Methodical and disciplined approach to work
    • Work with Cyber Security and deliver each initiative in line with security standards
    • Document, publish and maintain key information/policies relating to systems
    • Good written & verbal communication skills
    • Being flexible and customer solution focused
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Great customer relationship skills
    Key skills:
    • Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune and Autopilot, including application management and distribution
    • Strong experience with Intune Configuration Profiles
    • Strong experience with Conditional Access Policies
    • Strong experience in Intune MDM and MAM
    • Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure AD Connect, Hybrid Joined devices and Azure AD Joined devices
    • Experience in provisioning and administration of Windows 10, iOS, and Android devices in the enterprise environment
    • Experience of Microsoft Office 365
    • Experience in AD/GPO
    • Experience of OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams
    • Experience with scripting in an enterprise environment (PowerShell, VBS)
    Desirable Skills:
    • Good grasp of IT security principles e.g. endpoint hardening, data security, user security (LAPS, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business)
    • Knowledge of networking technologies e.g. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, Wi-Fi (802.1x)
    • Previous large scale Win10 OSD experience using MDT/SCCM
    • Experience with macOS enrolment in Intune
