Job Description

    *. Smart Manufacturing Senior Program Manager
    • 17 20 years of experience
    • Experience on leading different MES, Historian, IoT applications projects
    • Participating in End-to-End Smart Manufacturing MES, IoT, Analytics software development lifecycle - design, development, implementation, testing, support.
    • Converting high level requirements to a detailed design considering best practices and the required functionality, performance, scalability, reliability etc.
    • Guiding and collaboration with various domain team to design overall Smart manufacturing architecture
    • Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
    • Ensuring successful delivery of the practice services and offerings across our customer base
    • Ensuring that the right level of competency is available in order to drive best in class Delivery service delivery
    • Ownership and maintained of the Delivery career roadmap and associated development approaches
    • Ensuring that the function is fit for purposed and aligned with new approaches and market direction
    • Quality, ensuring that KPI s are tracked and actioned in order to drive service delivery excellence
    • Creating an environment of collaboration and knowledge sharing through avenues such as working groups and communities of practices
    • Responsible for all aspects of standards as they apply to the Delivery function
    • Work closely with 3rd party vendors in developing, reviewing, and implementing new approaches and/or skills to service delivery
    • Good knowledge of end-to-end Quality management and techniques
    • Thought leadership around Smart Manufacturing Solution and technology
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
    • Good time management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills
