Job Description

    Role -Engagement ManagerLooking for Candidates who are ok with Bangalore and Pune LocationJob Details
    • Must have EM experience delivery large projects with multiple stakeholders and SIs
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • Be the point of contact for senior stakeholders
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Understand client requirements, business objectives, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
    • Strong stakeholder management
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional IT services or solutions.
    • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT service delivery models.
