Job Description

  • Coordination:
Execute changes in sync with client and onshore SME for planning and designing activities.Act as a conduit between onsite staff and SME on SEV1 & 2 cases.
  • Installation & Deployment:
Based on account requirements assist to install and deploy new components, validate operational readiness .Participates in the installation, customization, and integration of an EMC solution under guidance of SMEs and architects / PMs.
  • Environmental Improvements:
Based on constant research highlight areas of improvement in the environment.Develops strategies, policies and best practices for the customer.Essential Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of VNX, VMAX, VMAX3, VPLEX, Unity, XtremIO, ViPR-C and SRM along with CISCO.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
  • Ability to handle On-call and work in rotational shifts is a must.
  • Specialist certification in relevant technology /product.
  • Organizational and Business Communication skills.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Hands on with vRO / vRA.
  • Experience with any automation tool.
