Job Description

Engineering Manager - Dynamics Connectors Engineering Shivajinagar, PuneEssential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and lead engineers; develops engineering action plans to guide timely and cost-effective deve lopment of projects.
  • Exercises independent ju dgment and discretion in overall P roject by prioritiz ing, planning and tracking development progress.
  • Provide T raining s and ensure their Technical Competency with respect to the Project needs.
  • Implement a nd follow agile/scrum processes .
  • Design and code ne w features and functionalities .
  • Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and practices.
  • Work with Customers, QA and other stakeholders to understand requirements and come up with best technical solution.
  • S pearhead various Research and D evelopment initiatives to identify opportunities for new project s and improved processes .
Qualifications :
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or I nformation Technology .
  • Minimum 8 years experience Building Desktop apps .
  • Minimum 3 years experience in to Leading and M anaging technical teams .
  • Working e xperienc e in . Net and Angular with deep expertise in several of the following areas: REST design, rou ting, promises, web components and data transforms .
  • Expert knowledge of JavaScript and modern best practices . .
  • Cloud computing environments e.g. S3, EC2 .
  • Proficiency with supplemental tech such as Git, Bash, JIRA, command line scripting .
Good to have :
  • ERP experience
  • Accounting background
  • Tax domain knowledge
