      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Specialist responsible for managing the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise content management system and APIs between applications 2 provide effective Kana content solution 3 create/maintain integrated kana services 4 create/design microservices as per requirement 5 Test and debug production issues 6 Improve functionality of existing systems
      • Technical Experience : 1 Must have skills- Spring MVC, Spring boot, micro Services, SOAP/Rest web services, KANA Enterprise 2 Good to have skills : React,HTML5,Javascript 3 Hands-on of software development, configuration of vendor solutions, collaboration with business, daily operation support and client management
