Job Description

Role :SW/Application Tech Support PractitionerRole Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.Must Have Skills :Enterprise Network Operations

  • Should have 8 years of experience, working as a NOC Engineer Should have strong experience on Cisco prime and understanding of various reports generated by Cisco Should have strong knowledge on 80211 protocols like 80211a/b/g/n/ac ax Working experience on Aireos WLC like 5508,520,8510 8540 Working experience of different Access Points like 1800, 2800,3800,2700,2600 Good Knowledge or working experience on next generation WLC like 9800 series will be add on
Technical Experience : Should have strong understanding of wireless user authentication with different authentication mechanism like EAP-TLS, PEAP, webauth Should have strong knowledge on integration of Wireless network with Authentication server like radius , ISE etc Expert knowledge of site survey analysis Also having experience of performing site survey is good prime Should have strong experience in Cisco Switches 3560/3750/6500, Cisco Routers 7200/2600/2800/3800/3900
  • Professional Attributes : -Good to have knowledge on Cisco Firewalls w/IP, Load balancers F5/ACE -Good knowledge on IP routing protocol EIGRP/OSPF/BGP, administration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment -Experience in HSRP, administration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
